- Payment: 50% upfront, 50% upon completion
- Average turnaround time: 3-4 weeks (more for longer videos e.g. 3 mins)

Our projects follow a sequential order, meaning that we don’t embark on the next stage of the process until you’ve given your feedback and approval on the current stage. This approach help ensure that we have frequent touch-points and no unpleasant surprises.
If you require more than 3 rounds of revisions in any given stage or you request post-approval revisions, you may incur an additional fee. Revisions fees depend on the extent of work requested and generally can range from $250-$500. The fees are reviewed and applied on a case-by-base basis.
